Asian Beef & Broccoli
(Microwave Recipe)
10.5 oz sliced lean beef 10.5 oz broccoli 1 Tbsp soy sauce1 tsp corn flour 1 tsp sherry (or white wine) ½ tsp salt1 clove garlic, minced 1 slice ginger, minced 1 scallion, sliced thin4 Tbsp oil (divided)Directions:Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and mix them with 2 Tbsp of oil. Cover with plastic wrap.Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sherry (or wine), garlic, ginger, scallion, and corn flour for at least 15 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp of oil and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3 minutes.Add broccoli and salt. Stir to mix. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes.Serve over white rice if desired.
