1 can (12 oz) premium albacore white tuna in spring water (well drained) 4 cups romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1/3 cup creamy Caesar dressing ½ cup Caesar croutons ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese 4 (9 to 10 inch) flour tortillas
Toss lettuce with Caesar salad dressing to coat. Add tuna, croutons and parmesan cheese; toss to combine. Spoon salad mixture onto each tortilla near one edge. Roll up tortilla beginning with edge nearest salad. Seal edge with dollop of additional Caesar dressing. Cut tortilla in half to serve.
