Sweet Heat Ice Tea

(Makes 6 Servings)

7 cups boiling water                                             6 black tea bags                          2/3 cups sugar
lime slices                                                              1 habanero chili halved (w/seeds)
2 cups ice plus more for serving

Directions:

In a large heatproof bowl or pitcher, stir together boiling water with sugar, tea bags and chili.
Steep for 7 minutes; strain. Stir in 2 cups of ice. Serve over more ice with lime slices.
