1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix 1 cup mayonnaise* 1 cup sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 oz) pkg chopped frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed to drain)
Mix all ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve in a hollowed-out round of bread loaf or hollowed-out cabbage with assorted dippers, i.e., pieces of bread you collected from hollowing-out the loaf, crackers and/or vegetables.
* Alternate recipes call for ½ cup of mayonnaise instead of a full cup. Choose your preference by starting out lower and adding to taste.
