Japanese Pasta Salad

Japanese-Style Pasta Salad
(From Kikkoman Aji-Mirin Bottle)
(Makes 4 Servings)

4 oz egg noodle twists, cooked and cooled                                              ¼ cup Kikkoman Aji-Mirin
2 stalks celery, thin slices cut diagonally                                                   ¼ cup vegetable oil
1 carrot, thin slices cut diagonally                                                               3 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 green onions with tops, choppped                                                          1¼ tsp garlic salt
2 tsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce                                                                         1 tsp minced fresh ginger root

Directions:

Combine noodles, celery, onion, carrot, and minced ginger in a large bowl.  Toss lightly to mix contents.  Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.  Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring once after 1 hour.
