Double Cheese Crab Dip

Double Cheese Crab Dip
(Recipe from a Mission Tortilla Chips Bag)

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated pasteurized crab meat                         1  (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened              
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)                                 1 cup Pace Picante or Salsa
¼ cup sliced black olives
1 tsp chili powder
Fresh thyme for garnish


Mix picante sauce or salsa and chili powder.  Spread cream cheese into a 9-inch pie plate.  Top with picante sauce/salsa mixture, crab meat, cheddar cheese and olives.  Bake in a 350ºF oven for 15 minutes or until hot.  Top with additional sauce and garnish with thyme.

Serve with Mission Tortilla Triangles chips.  < wink >
