Chili Con Queso

Chili Con Queso

1 lb pasteurized processed cheese (Velveeta), or American cheese cut into cubes
1 can (1 lb) whole tomatoes drained and finely chopped
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilis                    1 Tbsp dried minced onion                      1 clove garlic, crushed
ΒΌ tsp cayenne pepper


Heat all ingredients in double boiler (without cover) until cheese is melted.  Serve with corn chips or raw vegetables.
