Chili Con Queso
Chili Con Queso(Recipe by Moto's Mom)1 lb pasteurized processed cheese (Velveeta), or American cheese cut into cubes1 can (1 lb) whole tomatoes drained and finely chopped1 can (4 oz) diced green chilis 1 Tbsp dried minced onion 1 clove garlic, crushed¼ tsp cayenne pepperDirections:Heat all ingredients in double boiler (without cover) until cheese is melted. Serve with corn chips or raw vegetables.
