Beef Teriyaki
(Makes 2 to 4 Servings)
1¼ lbs beef tenderloin (filet mignon) or lean pork, sliced thin
¼ cup soy sauce 1/3 cup honey 1 tsp MSG (optional)2 Tbsp sugar 1 clove garlic, minced ½ tsp ginger, cut finelyDirections:Marinate beef (or pork) in sauce overnight in refrigerator. Turn occasionally. Bake in a 350ºF oven, basting occasionally with sauce for 20 minutes or until meat is done. May also be broiled or grilled on the barbeque over hot coals.
